A departure from Jens Ritter’s double cut designs, the R8 is his first single-cut. 

This bass has an alder body and flamed maple top, a three piece maple neck and dirty ebony fret board.  It is finished in a frosted transparent finish with chrome hardware.  It has a Ritter  C-3-S Active/Passive 3-Band pre-amp and two Ritter Slimbucker™ pick-ups.  It has two 9v battery powering the pre-amp and is finished off with a rear mounted jack input.
